The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Abuja Zonal Command has arraigned one Aiosa Kelvin Orhue sometime recently Equity C.E. Nwecheonwu of the Government Tall Court, Kuje, Abuja.
The affirmed was charged on a three-number charge bordering on extortion and adore trick.
This was uncovered by the commission on its official Facebook page on Tuesday.
Orhue argued blameworthy to the charge whereas Equity Nwechonwu sentenced and sentenced him to a year of detainment with a choice of a fine of N1,000,000 as it were.
The properties requested by the court to be relinquished by Orhue incorporate a three-room semi-detached duplex found in Edo state, a Lexus E350 cantina car, the whole of N19,000,000 domiciled in a commercial bank in Nigeria.
